It’s not only possible that Trump gets 1,237 it is about a slam dunk. Most of the states up coming are Winner-Take-All and Winner-Take-Most, which is a big change prior to March 15th states being mostly proportional. Look at the polls, the regions, and the primary state rules per state, and they favor Trump by far.

Honestly though, I don’t think you get to a contested convention.... I see Trump hitting 1237+ and view this “contested convention” as political theater which is just cover for the GOPe to damage Trump as much as possible in the general... Think about it, they are running how many hundreds of millions of dollars on ads attacking Trump that have been shown to have ZERO impact on republican primary voting... so why do it? Because the republican primary voter isn’t the intended audience, the general election voter is.... I think they know they can’t stop Trump, and their game is to just poison the pool now and using the “contested convention” as the excuse to make sure those ads are running 24/7 to poison the general pool.
Utah is made for Cruz, a stupid caucus in a state filled with religious sheep who follow orders and Bishop Romney has told them what they are to do, so it’s just a matter of counting the votes.
But we are nearing the end of Ted’s victories. As the primary calendar moves east, it strongly favors Cruz just as in Arizona tonight.
