You are by definition GOPe because Cruz can’t possibly win sufficient delegates to be the nominee. He’s in it only to do the GOPe’s bidding by trying to prevent Trump from getting a majority. Cruz and his supporters have thereby joined the establishment against the rest of us trying to end the Bush created stranglehold of Country Club northeast liberals and crony capitalists over the Republican party.

This is the type of "logic" I have come to expect from Trump supporters. Just because I don't want Trump to be the nominee does NOT make me GOPe - I'm sorry if your brain cannot comprehend anything beyond a simple binary choice, but just because you can't grasp the concept does not make it any less true.

It even makes you a Hillary (or whoever the Dem is) supporter.

“A riot is an ugly thing.”

A LAWSUIT is also an ‘ugly thing’. And delicates that think they can DOUBLE-CROSS Trump without consequences better have some VERY DEEP POCKETS for council, as they will need the money.

So by that “logic”, any Trump supporter who refuses to vote for the GOP nominee, even if they think the nomination was “stolen”, is also a Hillary supporter...

If Trump is robbed of the nomination, and Trump supporters refuse to vote for the GOP candidate, and if there is no viable 3rd party with a path to victory, then, yes, refusing to vote for the GOP candidate would be tantamount to giving support to Hillary, directly or indirectly. Just as you are doing right now.

Everyone is SCREAMING about a contested convention, yet in 2012 Romney was way behind where Trump is now and NO ONE said one word about a contested convention!!! Trump will have the amount of delegates he needs and more!!! GOP-e is creating this hysteria for their own purposes!!! They’re as guilty of dividing this country as the left is!!!! SCREW THEM ALL!!!!

That's because at this point, when no one else had a realistic path to a majority, they all got out of the race and let Romney rack up the delegates in the later primaries. Now, those with no realistic path to a majority refuse to get out, because, instead of a phony RINO running on behalf of the establishment, we have someone who really intends to do a few important things that interfere with the establishment's globalist agenda. And so, they encourage Cruz and Kasich to stick around in hopes of derailing the candidate who is in the lead, even if it means that the party will lose the general election by such tactics.

Sad that it has come to this. It demonstrates just how important it is to destroy the RNC infrastructure and rebuild it from the bottom up with Americans instead of the Bush coalition that got put in place in 1988.

Why is refusing to support Trump now, when he doesn’t even have the nomination, the same as supporting Hillary?

Because if your plan succeeds, and Trump falls just short of the majority, and the GOPe selects Ryan or Kasich or Romney, Hillary will win in a landslide. Not just because so many Trump supporters will be angry and not show up, or that the cross over votes that Trump gets won’t happen, but because it will just be another GOPe loser that can’t get any states that Romney didn’t get last time.

Sorry, Trump is going to have to win the nomination the old-fashioned way - by winning the most delegates. If he can’t, that is on him - not on the people that won’t just get in line when he says so...

You didn't say that to Gingrich last time when he had the same chance with Romney. Why?

I'll tell you why, it's because the GOPe weren't conspiring against Romney, they were conspiring for him, and to force a second ballot would only delay the inevitable. In Trump's case, to force a second ballot, and third and so on, until they get their way and select Ryan as the "consensus" nominee, will make so many people so angry that the Dem nominee will be guaranteed of victory.

So, you want to allow a loser to stay in the race to play spoiler for Trump when you wouldn't suggest that for Romney. You are supporting the establishment AND Hillary at the same time. Congrats. Amend your nickname, unless you want it to be ironic.

How do you know WHAT my feelings were the last time? Honestly, I was never a Romney fan, and would have been fine if Santorum could have forced an open convention. You never saw me calling for everyone to get behind Romney.
