Georgie thinks we’re idiots. He insults us by pushing his liberal drivel, calls it ‘conservative’, and thinks we’re stupid enough to buy what he’s selling. FUGW.

Will doesn’t care.

People like him don’t care.

They love rules, power, money, prestige.

They don’t live (or struggle) under the rules, power, money, prestige of others.

Will wants to pretend that the process is more important than the outcome.

The Left plays to control the outcome, and to exercise power.

People like Will play to drink and dine, with the people in power, of course.

Republicans instantly responded to Antonin Scalia's death by proclaiming that no nominee, however admirable in temperament, intellect and experience, would be accorded a hearing.

My money says Will cannot quote a single R in the Congress that made such a statement. Certainly several R's noted they would exercise their Constitutional perogative, but Will's choice of words likely demonstrates an author with an ulterior motive.

I.e., Will is a paid operative, perhaps paid non-monetarily but still paid. (Even if an R did make such a claim, one should wonder why he promotes such a biased view rather than simply conceding that the matter is entirely within the R's well-established options.)

Most of us knew something was wrong and Trump gets a boost every time one of the masks fall off.

Let me guess. George is a close personal friend of the nominee and has been to numerous cocktail parties with him and Obama.

In his record of deference, Garland resembles two justices nominated by Presidents George W. Bush and Ronald Reagan, respectively — Chief Justice John Roberts...

For whatever reason John Roberts skewed the U.S.Constitution over Obamacare, causing the worst train wreck of that document ever!

Republicans are being “bipartisan” - they are only following the lead of Joe Biden.

Let’s give Trump credit for one thing: he has outed all the phony conservatives. Will, Barnes, Kristol, Krauthammer, etc. - liars one and all. There’s will be the Eighth Circle of Hell reserved for fraudsters.

The Supreme Court is whatever Congress says it is. Senators aren’t obligated by the Constitution to vote any particular way, or at all. Why some people want to make this any more complicated than it needs to be is beyond me.
