he Kremlin lashed out Thursday against Donald Trump’s campaign video mocking Hillary Clinton – saying the ad, which features strongman Vladimir Putin, demonizes Russia.
“I saw this clip. I do not know for sure if (President) Vladimir Putin saw it. (But) our attitude is negative,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters, Reuters reported.
The ad, posted on Instagram Wednesday, tried to cast doubts over Clinton’s ability to handle Putin, who is cast as a US foe.
It shows Putin effortlessly flinging an opponent in a judo bout before cutting to footage of Mohammed Emwazi, the late ISIS executioner nicknamed “Jihadi John.”
The video then displays text saying: “The Democrats have the perfect answer…” and Clinton’s is shown barking like a dog as Putin erupts in laughter.
“We don’t need to be a punchline!” the “Make America Great Again” ad concludes.
“It’s an open secret for us that demonizing Russia and whatever is linked to Russia is unfortunately a mandatory hallmark of America’s election campaign,” Peskov said. “We always sincerely regret this and wish the (US) electoral process was conducted without such references to our country.”

Of course he loves it! It’s the perfect vanity spot for him, Putin as badass. Maybe Trump’s next ad will feature on of his beefcake shirtless pics and Putin will flat out endorse him!

This is theatre. The ad wasn’t negative on Putin or Russia. It showed the truth - Putin and others laugh at these political clowns (Obama, Clinton). Trump seems to know better than to fall into the neocon trap.

I can’t help but crackup with Putin laughing in the end It’s what makes the ad so awesome!
This anti-Hillary barking ad is only 15 seconds so can be played more times than the 30 second campaign adds

Take a look at her background audience. It is all women while she barks. The message here is a feminized foreign policy cannot stand up to Putin and out other enemies. Europe has already shown this as it encourages a Mulsim invasion.

Absolutely, the ad makes Putin look great. The Kremlin remarks were a little shadow throwing as a gift to Trump.
Kind of crude language for a headline on a major newspaper, I’m a little surprised about that.
All this international outrage trying to influence our election process, shows that “the new world order” thinks America is it’s b!$ch.
When was the last time we’ve seen a Republican presidential candidate create a hard hitting ad like that against a Democratic opponent? This is only the beginning. I’m sure Trump and his team have dozens more like that and even more hard hitting. About damn time someone on our side took off the white gloves and is going to fire back at the Dems with the kitchen sink and more.

So true. And if you look closely, there actually is a "man" in the audience behind Hillary. He's wearing a gold bracelet and his white hair is styled like a woman's. Priceless!
Trump also screws Hillary because in real life she only barked half as long. I have seen the original campaign stop video.
Trumps ad team effectively show her barking twice as long by showing Hillary first from camera perspective A then immediately from camera perspective B. Turning a 4 second barking incident into 8 seconds thus making Hillary look stupider. Hillary is gonna be mighty pissed.

Thanks for the info. Did not know that. Still, that is a brutally effective ad. Can’t wait to see their whole slew of commercials this campaign. No denying the fact that Trump knows how to play the media game better than any of the other presidential candidates, Republican and Democrat.
I’m a Trump guy, and found the ad funny and effective. Good to see someone from our side willing to go after the bad guys without holding back. The Donald let Hillary know in no uncertain terms that the gloves are OFF!
That being said, from a legal standpoint, can Trump use Putin’s image like this without his permission?
