We have involved the grandsons in political conversations for several years and they have heard Cornyn and Pete Olson, our Rep, speak several times. Fifteen-year-old commented after the last speech by Cornyn that he really thought Texas could do better and that if he were voting he would not vote for either him or Olson.
Have long battled with the issue of what kind of country we are leaving to our grandchildren. Of course the one we have now is all they have known, unlike someone my age. Our family vote which included the grandsons was that we would only vote for Trump or Cruz.
They will not riot in the liberals standard but that will be one very angry republican mob of both Trump and Cruz voters if the GOPe takes it from the base and chooses a rino.
Time for Trump and Cruz to band together and make a deal.

As a Cruz supporter I would not play that game with them if I was GOPe at this point and the anger out there in the base.
If he has the most delegates then let him have the nomination.....his people are energized and they will do the ground game better than anyone but Cruz who has the home schooler ground game.
Put both together on a ticket and you have an incredible chance at a landslide.
Which is why it is time for Trump and Cruz to make a deal. Between the conservative base and Trump voters only people left is that very small liberal GOPe and how many time did they tell us to hold our noses and vote for them for the good of the party, when they played their primary games with us?

I don’t think riot is the right word but it will not be pretty.
It also stops the GOPe from sticking a rino VP on to Trump as they did Reagan and adds a huge amount of angry betrayed voters to the GOPe betrayal if they do nominate someone else.
White people don’t riot unless they are college aged morons who want to prove to BLM that they aren’t rasis.
