I think you are right... trump was on Hannity and said that if anyone from the republican party tries to do a third party run he has something he can do and well that will stun everyone.... because a third party run just means Hillary wins......I bet that trump and cruz have it worked our that witch ever one of them has the most delegates that the one with less delegates will support the other one. I think they made a deal to not talk about the deal even withy there advisers....I think the deal was made months ago.

ironically now with Kasich winning Ohio to spin going out is that was actually better for Trump to lose Ohio keeping Kasich and away Cruz having the a two-man race against Trump ....so it’s exact same thinking now being spun in favor of Trump losing Ohio as actually serendipitous

Yes, I think that they have been in cahoots from day one.
I would not be surprised if the deal was made before trump declared. both Trump and Cruz knew the establishment would go ballistic if either of them came close to winning. I don’t think that trump thought he could win at the beginning I think he just wanted to make sure Jeb was not the candidate.. I also think that both Trump and Cruz have one more card to play on the republican party that we have not seen.
