Ohio is like Scotland...it has a diaspora that has done well because it was a great place to grow up. But these days it could use a shovelling out. Kasich and Walker became governors about the same time. Walker has been more effective because he didn’t blink at the public sector unions. Kasich did.
Right now Eddie the MSM and GOP-e are pulling out ALL the stops!!! I believe Trump supporters are intensely for Trump there is no changing their minds!!! I’ve been hearing that idea flacked by political operatives since early in the campaign; but, it makes no sense to me.
Kasich is on the WRONG SIDE of the ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION/WALL, 2nd AMENDMENT and TRADE ISSUES. The last thing I want is having Kasich sitting in the wings like Bush 41 ready to destroy everything Donald might accomplish. Having Kasich a heartbeat away from what would be a 70-year-old President is the last thing in the world Trump supporters should want!!!
I get the “must have Ohio” rubric (which I think is overblown in this election); but, Kasich is an old, Caucasian insider, waaaay too far to the Left and as VeeP would absolutely be seen as a sell out by most of Trump’s core supporters!!!

As an aside, we have about 400 ft frontage on a well travelled road. We put two Trump signs out there. One was stolen. We put five more out there, just outside our fence (we have horses). Yesterday while gone to pick up election supplies the five signs were stolen. Today we made our own BIG sign that says 'TRUMP' and will put it out in the morning, suspended between 2x4's screwed to the fence. Probably Ksick supporters were the thieves!

This will be bigger than Truck Night at Yankee Lake. I’m glad Youngstown is finally getting the attention from a GOP candidate. Too many good people and a beautiful part of the country that was hung out to dry. Just curious, what did you think of James Traficant? I found his ‘One Minute Speeches’ interesting.
When I heard Trump was going to Youngstown, Traficant was the first thing that crossed my mind. Congress has been boring ever since he got indicted.
Traficant died after a tractor he was running rolled over on him on his farm. If he were alive today he would endorse Trump. Traficant was against open borders big time, and toward the end of his Congressional career he voted mostly with Republicans.
