My family and I were driving down the street minding our own business, it was about 1972. A kid in a hot car flipped off my Dad as he blew by us, I suppose because we weren’t moving fast enough for him. Mom and sisters in the car.
Pop followed him into a parking lot. He was 6’3”, just survived, returned from a 2nd tour in a sunny clime. My brother and I were six footers.
We escorted the young man back to the car and he apologized to my Mom and sisters.
