Hillary Clinton bristled at a question over the possibility of her indictment during Wednesday night’s Democratic debate, refusing to say whether she’d drop out of the race should the FBI charge her with mishandling classified material and dismissing larger concerns over her improper use of official e-mail.
Though a large portion of Wednesday night’s Univision debate in Miami was taken up by the question of immigration, Univision host Jorge Ramos unexpectedly led the evening with a series of pointed queries on Clinton’s use of a private e-mail server while she was secretary of state.
“That goes against a memo that you personally sent to your employees in 2011, directing all of them to use official e-mail precisely because of security concerns,” said Ramos. “So it seems that you issued one set of rules for yourself, and a different set of rules for the rest of the department. Who specifically gave you permission to operate your e-mail system as you did? Was it President Barack Obama? And would you drop out of the race if you get indicted?”

How ever, if the normal path is vacated, Hillary might not wake up one morning and her quest will be for nought

And one I have been asking since forever - WHO GAVE HER PERMISSION to use her own email server?? She has said repeatedly that she obtained "permission from state". Well, she RAN the state department- did she give herself permission? WHO? (Did she answer the question? or just deny she will be indicted?)
Obama no doubt is worried about what the Clintons have on him and will release if he indicts her. However he is also worried that Trump will ultimately prosecute his commissars in IRS, Justice and other agencies who executed the scandals and other crimes. If they cut deals and testify under oath about his involvement and have a bit of insurance evidence , it would be even worse for him. While it is not likely, he may try to cut a deal with Trump. No Hillary because she will be indicted and publicly arrested, but no prosecution of anyone in my Administration. Don’t count on Comey as an independent factor, Obama did not appoint him if he didn’t have something on him to ultimately control him.

There is a story that HilLIARy went to England on an unannounced trip and was only there long enough to obtain some records from the departmen in England that controls birth certificates.
Kenya was under British control at the time Obama was born there.
