If Trump manages to get elected President(which I still think is very unlikely), we may get to see the Art of the Deal in action as Trump tries to bargain his way out of being impeached.
What they want is for Donald Trump to get back to being a businessman who pays them off, uh, donates to their campaigns.
The callers I heard today before I turned Rush OFF were idiots!!! I’ve been turning Rush off more than I’ve listened for the past two weeks.
I believe Rush knows that Trump won’t go back on his word.
One day my sister and I were in the car listening to Rush. I think it was just after Trump announced.
Rush was saying glowing things about him — about how he is almost OCD about keeping his commitments. Told a story about the two of them on a golf course. It was Easter Sunday and Trump kept getting calls from Melania which wasn’t typical.
Turns out the Trumps had big plans for Easter dinner, IIRC, and Mr. T was going to be late because of the golf game — but he didn’t tell Rush. When Rush figured it out he said he should just go home and be with the family. Trump replied that he had made that commitment to Rush and he was going to keep it.
Not a big deal, but it was memorable to me. Rush knows Trump keeps his promises.
My mistake then but still the vote would never be taken.
Let’s see, President Trump wins election by a landslide! And these limp dicks are thinking about impeachment? Good luck with trying it, because they will all be gone at their next election and they know it. I think I need to make a preemptive buy of lamp post mfr’s stock right away!
He didn’t go away because the Senate did not take the vote to Convict. There was no reason to Impeach him in the first place for the offense he was charged - the real evidence of his treason was never looked at by any one and so forgotten.
I’m sure if Cruz is elected it will be all different. /sarc

Yes 12 to 3. IMHO Tune-In radio is a battery eater, that is why I went to their app and it has a horrible exit option. Just my 2 cents...

Trump has changed his position on “ his word” over and again just SINCE he has been campaigning....
And as far as CRUZ... same goes.. if he is elected President and immediately goes back on his word... IMPEACH, IMPEACH , IMPEACH...
I started with Rush in 1998. Only Wardaddy has claimed as long. The past 10-12 years, I only listened for the first 10 minutes or so. As of today, I turned him off for good.

I generally like the guy, but it seems he has come off the rails this year.
There is a line around the block in the senate of people who can’t wait to work with Cruz. He mut 30 to 40 senate indorsements. Rush is always in the know about these issues. Please shut him off go to Kuhner,take a walk. Get out the Bushes Rushbo.
