I have been a radio talk show host for 33 years, nationally syndicated for 18. I have never experienced anything similar to what I am experiencing now. Until recently, the only hate mail I ever received was from a small number people on the left. The major reason for this, I am convinced, is that I don't yell at callers and I treat callers who disagree with respect.
Reading my emails these days is a brand new experience. I receive hate mail, sometimes laced with obscenities, from Republicans.

So. Prager wants Cruz (now that he’ll lose) to back Marco Rubio (the GOPe understudy to failed Jeb Bush) so that we can legalize 50 million illegals because all this has to do with Israel or Mideast something a couple thousand years ago. Nice relevancy to current events, Prager.

Prager is just another of a long line of foaming and frothing at the mouth neo-cons who hate Trump. They hate him because he doesn’t have to come on bended knee to beg for their money, he doesn’t hire them as “consultants” or “strategists”, he routinely attacks the media and political correctness. They are afraid that if Trump is elected he might not send America men and women to die when they start howling for another war.
Yes for the most part the ‘conservative’ voices on the AM dial have been sympathetic to the GOPe crowd. A new day is here and the minions in flyover country are sick and tired of every stinking one of them.
Prager is correct that there is a lot of hatred out there, and that this is terrible for the Republican Party and (because it is the only effective opposition to the Leftist Dems) the country.
I would point out to him, however, that a LOT of the anger is from people who are beyond fed up with the GOPe and their constant lies and manipulation. THEY created Trump, who is thus far the ONLY outlet for that incredible frustration, and now he’s surprised that people are upset.
I would agree that people need to listen more before spouting off. As I heard in an old movie once, “G-d gave you 2 ears and 1 mouth for a reason.” Things that he says generally make sense, though I think that he’s just missed the trend in this election cycle. He correctly says that the best thing to do is to back the Republican nominee - whomever that may be - in order to stop the Dems.
They hate Trump because he refuses to ‘bend that knee’ in second-tier deference to Democrat superiority (in their eyes)....cowards all.
The article says that most of his angry responses come from Trump supporters.
Too bad for you. Dennis is especially good on matters relating to Israel. He is Jewish, and has always been a friend to Christians whom he sees as natural allies of Jews. I don't particularly care for his radio show (I really don't have time to listen to talk radio anyway), but some of his columns are brilliant. He is very eloquent and excels at making his point without becoming too wordy.
His point that political disagreements need not stoop to the level of Koss and DU is a good one, IMO.

Probably most of the time that people are making contact with anyone who is a Republican .. THEY CLAIM TO BE ANOTHER REPUBLICAN .. AND THEY USE A LOT OF UNSEEMLY WORDS TO TRY TO PROVE THEIR POINT.
I suggest this: MOST OF THESE PEOPLE ARE REALLY DemocRATS in disguise.
The reason I know this .. they attack me here. Raunchy language is the standard for the DemocRATS.
