You were talking about Trump sueing the entire congress as if they all had a birth issue and running for president. With Cruz, this is a legitimate issue whether we like it or not. Trump has standing to sue, not willy nilly, but because Cruz could very well be ineligible to be president based on his Candadian birth certificate and that he was a Canadian until he renounced in 2015.

Please let me know where he said "never". He has talked about suing off and on, never heard a never. (Doesn't sound like a Trumpism). He has said as a fellow candidate, he has standing and can bring on an elibility suit. Other candidates can also do so, especially the democrats in in General.
