There is a difference between public “use” and public “purpose”. Some folks interpret the 5th amendment to rad as if it says “public purpose”
Simple Definition of purpose
: the reason why something is done or used : the aim or intention of something
When in fact the 5th says “public use”
Simple Definition of use
: the act of using something
The 5th was not written to be so narrow as to exclude the act of taking property for public use by saying it had to have a purpose.

Assuming he’s referring to his use of the word “pussy,” that word is generally NOT considered profanity, at least not until a Republican contender used the term. But about fifty years ago, we had a character named “Pussy Galore” in a mainstream James Bond movie, and that was considered cheeky and cool.
When did any lib pundit ever have to apologize for the crude vulgarities they directed towards Sarah Palin? Never.

Yep, absolutely. I’ve said a zillion times if Cruz gets the nomination, he’ll get my vote. I used to have it in my tagline, but after the shame mailers and the caucus day Carson shenanigans, I’ve shifted more from “I support Ted second” to “I will hold my nose and vote for Ted to stop the Dems”.
But hey, a vote’s a vote. :)
I’ve seen some differences on FR during presidential election years over potential nominees but the vitriol this time around is almost as embarrassing to the site as our HTML problem.
