Donald Trump’s Campaign Pulls a Negative Ad on Ted Cruz
nytimes.com ^ | February 12

On Tuesday, Donald J. Trump's campaign started running a negative ad in South Carolina against Senator Ted Cruz that was searing, describing the winner of the Iowa Republican caucuses as a fake and a "Washington insider."

The spot also scolded Mr. Cruz for his campaign's role in spreading claims that Ben Carson had suspended his campaign while the caucuses were taking place; Mr. Carson, in fact, had not ended his candidacy, and Mr. Cruz later apologized to him.

But on Wednesday the spot was abruptly pulled down by the campaign.

Thanks.

Take care.........pilgrim

"-Less than a week ago he was calling Cruz a Pu**y.=

Trump likes to tell the truth."

I think you need you go back and look at Ted's history. Here are just a few: On the floor of the Senate he called the Senate majority leader a lier and backed it up with undisputed facts; When talking to Palestinian Christians (who HATE Jews) he is stood up for Israel; when the "no borders" crowd had an illegal alien try to bait him, he calmly explained to her that her parents put her in a bad situation and Mexico's laws are much more stringent than heavily enforced than the US; he has successfully argued cases in the US Supreme Court; he actively pushed and won bi-partisan support for cross state internet sales; which was threatening internet innovation, etc... .

Just a few years ago, Ted was the darling of FR.

Politics is a blood sport and elections are for people with sharp elbows and thick skins. Every election a false flag operation is run.

Trump is my second choice, but no one bluffs and blusters like Trump.

Trump's use of profanity, shows me that he has to mature (I was in the Marine Corps and for a period of time I used F*** in every tense except as an adverb); otherwise he will turn-off a lot conservatives that he will need in the general election.

We do the Right no good by tearing up the two most likely to be nominated.

A few days ago, Jim Robinson posted a very thoughtful vanity about Cruz. Please go look it up.

Seems to be some reality setting in.

Not everyone likes a self enriching a**hole that plays games.

We already have one of those in office.

Ted has been steadfast.
That makes him an easy target but he is “THE HAPPY WARRIOR”

“I like Trump€™s standards...he doesn€™t have to get in the ‘mud slinging€™. . .”

I don't care how anyone feels about Mr. Trump's vulgar mouth - what you said right there is funny.

It is the heart of the matter that I am looking at. I would have preferred the AD state that it was TRUMPS desire to put the granny out of her house for a striptease parking lot. Agree with you...

BUT the heart of the matter is TRUMP WOULD HAVE DONE IT if the COURT had said okay... THAT is what we need to realize.

Just like he said on TV (MSNBC I believe two weeks ago) that his HEALTH CARE would be closer to Obamacare. And yet HE is going around saying the EXACT opposite at the Rallys. So is that a lie?... Huge sighs....

Well I hope it takes place. And that Cruz gets a clue, too.

I could wish Trump would resist some of these temptations to bear the torch of the cheap talk... like when that woman called Cruz a [p-word]. He could have said (for instance) yes, he thinks Cruz is a coward.

But I can understand what he’s trying to mean. He is worldly and yet sincere. I don’t expect Trump to be highly Christian in manner, as he has never claimed it.

Well, if he has to trip himself up, he will.

Better to have at least Trump going at it with class, than to let himself get covered with the dirt of mud wrestling only to be overtaken by someone mediocre like Marco Rubio.

We need Trump to keep his powder dry for either Bernie or Hillary.

Like I said: that Cruz is cowardly (with respect to some things that Trump avers matters).

He’s using world speak. That’s pretty much all he knows.

The shame is that Cruz hasn’t already picked up the ball on such matters.

Oh please. Take your Pearl Clutching someplace else.

It was a funny situation instigated by a WOMAN in the Audience. So what if Trump repeated it, he didn’t come up with the comment, the Audience Member did. He didn’t even hear her clearly the first time she said it, which made it even funnier.

Remember, he repeatedly admonished her for saying such an terrible earth shattering thing. Oh the Humanity.

Mrs. K.C., is a Trump Supporter and she laughed just as much as I did being a Cruz Supporter.

I know, let’s keep bringing up a throwaway comment at a Rally to keep a non issue alive. Knock yourself out TJ, I’m moving on to more important stuff like Dessert.

A distinction without a difference. He encouraged a woman to do it for him. Plus just this morning he tweeted out a bunch of insults towards all his rivals. I know the Trump fanboys get a kick out of his crude behavior. In my view acting ghetto is pretty low class.
