That’s right. England won the Battle of Britain. All Germany could do was lob V-1 and V-2 missiles.

Where Adolf erred was in not recognizing very early on the value of submarine warfare and producing many more subs than they did. He could have, and almost did, strangle US shipping to England, starving them into submission.
