LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) - For the second time in less than three months, "NCIS" star Pauley Perrette is alleging she was accosted by a transient. In a message posted to her Twitter page early Wednesday morning, Perrette said she was headed home from work on Cahuenga Boulevard when she saw a homeless man "asking for money from drivers." Pauley - who wrote she keeps $1 bills in her glove box "for this very reason" - said she got the man's attention by holding up a dollar bill and the man approached her vehicle.

Makes you wonder if this is a publicity stunt. Does she have a book, play or reality show on the way? STOP catering to the whims of street people from a point of vulnerability. There must be other ways an experienced actress can get positive attention besides doing The Perils of Pauline meme.
What would you have her do? She’s had a gig on the #1 show on TV for 13 years. And she’s still hot in that role.
We have to keep telling ourselves these people are morons who have people write smart things for them to say.

According to Perrette, the man then grabbed her wrist, stuck his head inside the vehicle, held her arm and asked “What time is it?”
“He was in my car and I was scared. I looked at my dashboard and first said, ‘I rebuke you satan (sic) in the name of Jesus Christ’”, she wrote.
Perrette then told him the time - “It’s 5:37” - and he released his grip on her and left.
This is a strange story.

I still find it hard to believe she said that out loud at that moment. What she should have said is ‘Get your %#@ hands off of me NOW!!”, then push the gas pedal down. You ‘rebuke’ an evil spirit or unseen force, you ‘repel and remove’ somebody who manhandles you. She’s living in a dream world.
After she got the cap beat out of her by a bum, right in front of her house a few months ago?? Sorry but my sympathy is running low!

Women have no dignity these days (I am a woman). They look like fools trying to extend their youths, be “cougars”, etc. We all had our time to be 16, we’re not 16 anymore, let the people who are 16 now have the 16 year old looks and lives. That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t take care of ourselves, but my goodness, what woman of 46 with any dignity believes she can or should compete with teenagers in the public square?
