North Korea has the 4th or 5th largest army in the world. Not all that well equipped they are not insignificant. If they decide to start a war it will be bad.

They have no meaningful navy, no meaningful airforce....they are strictly a ground force....they can either invade China or South Korea.....either attempt would be met with OVERWHELMING consequences possibly including nuclear weapons......not a wise idea on their part.
