BLM Lights Unattended Fires, Burns Cows Alive, Threatens Ranchers with Arrest if They Intervene

(Watch videos at link)

For all those people who believe everything the one-sided, agenda-driven mainstream media has reported on this issue, please take a look at reality.

The Oregon patriot militia takeover of the wildlife refuge began after ranchers were unfairly RE-sentenced under terrorism statutes for controlled burning of vegetation on federal land.

Less than two weeks after the Hammonds were resentenced to five years -- that's sentenced twice for the same instance of the same "crime" they already did time for, just under different statutes -- the Bureau of Land Management was filmed setting uncontrolled, unmonitored fires to land around Prince Glenn, Oregon. This is the same exact thing for which the Hammonds were put back in jail.

Some fires were lit within a mere 100 feet of corrals. Ranchers were reportedly told to stand down, forced to watch the fires creep closer to their lands, cattle, and homes and do nothing to intervene. They were told if they did, they would be arrested.

The video begins with a message from Ammon Bundy. Start around 2:55 to watch the feds light the fires that threatened these people's property, livelihoods, and lives.

Again, burning back vegetation is the exact same thing the Hammonds were sentenced not once, but twice for -- the second time under terrorism statutes. Makes you wonder who the real terrorists are.

The video clearly shows these unattended fires start to creep up on people's homes... You can hear the ranchers talking about how the fires are cornering the cows and see the cows are burned alive.

Some 80 cattle reportedly died due to this particular string of government-set fires... and the government does this all the time.

As Gavin Seim wrote on his YouTube channel, "Two of Hammond men are being sent away for 5 years on terrorism charges because they did maintenance on the grazing land... Federal Bureau of Land Management is destroying property, terrorizing American families and torturing cattle."

Do you see what's happening here? It's like watching the mafia send a message.

This should shed a lot more light on what happened in Oregon. While many people may not agree with the tactics the patriot militia used up there at the wildlife refuge, if the government comes and sets multiple fires around your land and walks away, leaving it to burn and potentially burn your animals alive and burn down your home while putting your neighbors in jail and labeling them as terrorists for actually doing a controlled burning of encroaching vegetation that doesn't endanger everyone around it, well...

What would you do?

"BLM more typically refers to the communist-led Black Lives Matter movement, rather than the Federal Bureau of Land Management."

BLM has been used as a moniker for federal land for decades, long before there were Black Lives Matter idiots....

Just where in the hell does the Federal Government get the Authority to commit Arson,Destroy Private Property and commit Cruelty to Animals in the extreme?.Crimes that the Government has charged,Tried and imprisoned American citizen’s who did much less.

When is the Congress going to get the Lead out of its collective Rearends and do something to place controls on the Federal Crime syndicate.Supposedly Law enforcement and Environmental Protection Agencies?

Congress had better do something and soon or this is going to go very bad and very soon. Its going to become something a Free People will Not want to see occurr. But the Feds are Pushing us into it.

Yes, but with all that’s been going on with the BLM movement in recent months few here are going to think “Bureau of Land Management” when they see BLM.

Black Lives Matter?

With the advantage of having you form the first part, I would suggest you meant to say "Black Angus lives matter?".

Hard isn’t it. But your choices are do nothing or do something which will have no effect as they will do it anyway while you are in cuffs - at best - then you face a fine so big you will have to sell out, and then, because you did what you did, your wife will leave you taking the kids and whatever other monies.

But you can hold your head high while having lost everything - maybe your neighbors will notice your valor, but no one else will.

Of course, all that is if you are lucky and do not go to prison. If you, do any knowledgeable fellow felon will tell you that you just had what you thought were rights,- but were, in fact, privileges - revoked. (Thus spoke SCOTUS in three cases - only Treaty Tribes have Rights guaranteed by the Constitution, all others have mere privileges which can be revoked at any given time.)

So standing there watching is the best course considering what will happen if you do not - don’t play their game - they are waiting ...

Not out West. The BLM destroyed my business, which took 20 years to build from nothing. An IG investigation backed up our claims that lower, mid-level employees in the BLM broke RICCO statutes (conspiracy to commit crimes), favored contractors for personal gain, etc. Their BLM law enforcement officer, who worked out of that area office, which participated in a cover up, was interviewed by the IG and said the particular office was “ethically challenged”. He was appalled, but could do nothing himself in the way of investigation, because their law enforcement are not allowed to investigate their own area offices.

What happened? All were transferred; one was promoted. All government is corrupt, but the BLM leads. As for me, well I went, at 55 years old, from the 1 percent to finishing out my work years at a dead end hard labor job. My family was destroyed, which severely impacted my sons. What else could you expect from a post constitutional America?

Did we have recourse? Sure we did! There would have been a hearing in six months, within the BLM auspices, which would have found for them. An appeal in the Interior Dept. six months later would have had the same results. Then we would have gone to court...Mean time, we would have lost all of our clients.

CMON! When they can do this to you without any fear OF YOU they own your pussy bitch ass. On the face of it I doubt that this happened. I just can’t see it.

So sorry to hear all that my friend. Perhaps if you find the right attorney there is still time to do something about it. I suggest sending your story out far and wide. Hopefully someone with the right tools can help set things straight.

I'm thinking that we should change the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) into the Bureau of Land Transfer to the States (BLTS).

I love BLTS.

Attorneys cost money. A lot of money....and you need a politically connected attorney to do any good.

I should know....I have been defending my property from a developer for 7 years. His attorney is politically connected all the way to the top - the TOP! I am not winning. The cost is not just money. Its stress, relationships, job and your good name.

The system is completely rigged for those who are well connected. The rest of us are just peasants and slaves. Welcome to the new america where freedom is just a memory.

I had free legal representation from one of the most prestigious firms in New Mexico, thanks to friendship and political compatibility. I would have won, but I didn’t have the time or money to rebuild my business. They had already ruined me. I’m glad that some of my rancher friends have been able to hang on, though.

I had free representation from one of the most prestigious law firms in NM. My business required that I serve clients in a very timely and efficient manner, and there was no way that I could keep that clientele and take 2 years off for legal and administrative wars. The issue contributed to the dissolution of my family; I had to move East to be near my children when they moved.
