Donald Trump slammed Jeb Bush Monday, arguing he is a "desperate person" who is "sad" and "pathetic" and is "just not a man."
Trump told Wolf Blitzer on CNN, "Jeb is having some kind of breakdown, I think. Look, he's an embarrassment to his family. He has to bring his mother out and walk his mother around at 90 years old."
Bush's tweeted Monday, "@realDonaldTrump you aren't just a loser, you are a liar and a whiner. John McCain is a hero. Over and out."

Back in the day when a man’s honor was challenged as Trump has done to Bush, he would have been challenged to a duel with pistols at thirty paces. That would take care of the juvenile behavior by this senior citizen.

That said, I would have literally beat the living s—t out of Trump if he said anything like that to me. And believe me, by the time the shock wears off, and security gets to me, Trump would be permanently out of the race.
Jeb is just not that kind of guy. I feel bad for him in that aspect. But that being said, too, he’s kind of validating Trump when he doesn’t really fight back.

While I agree with Trump - his use of English borders on childish.
Given a choice I would rather not have a president that sounds like he is on the playground.
I’m hoping Cruz wins the nomination. If not, I will vote for Trump and hope he doesn’t waffle to the center after the election.

My theory is that Trump’s insults are simply attractive to angry voters. When he connects at this emotional level, the intellectual level is suppressed.
It explains what happened to me just yesterday. I was getting the usual barrage of insults and jabs at Cruz over building a wall. I had challenged them on how Trump would pay fo his plan. “He would make Mexico pay!” was the repeated response. When asked how, I was reminded I was an idiot and Cruz was blah, blah, blah...
I posted a link to Cruz’s plan, challenged them to read it, and asked for Trump’s so we could compare. One acknowledged that if he did have one, they had not read it or knew where I could find it. That ended the interaction.
They could not point to actual policy to support their choice of candidate. His insults relate to their anger. His policy or political association past are irrelevant.
You feel bad for a guy who let an innocent woman starve to death by the state.
