and those banks holding the derivatives will become insolvent, immediately. Holding useless pieces of paper no one wants to buy anymore. While the paper is saleable all is good and big money can be made. When that ceases to be true the real losers of the roulette game are identified.

Derivatives are just the beginning. Add Credit Default Swaps and Hedge Funds and we have a real recipe for a complete economic meltdown that'll make the great depression look like a walk in the park.

Banks going insolvent will be the "easy" part.

The battle for basic, daily survival that'll be sure to follow will be the real nightmare.

Then there's the global war that'll follow.

Yeah, and I'm being optimistic here.
