An increasingly geriatric Bill Clinton is upping his attacks on the 74-year-old socialist Bernie Sanders, and is attempting to link anonymous internet "trolls" to Hillary's rival.
Holding apparent print outs of internet comments, Clinton escalated his attacks on his wife's opponent in Milford, New Hampshire Sunday night.

"For her, this is not about grand revolution. This is about whether can improve peoples lives," Clinton said with a frail voice.
"Vicious trolling," he dubbed apparent comments made towards female Clinton supporters, "that are literally too profane often - not to mention sexist - to repeat."
The papers being held by Clinton shook in has hand as he attempted to link Sanders to them.
The Hill reports Clinton also went after Sanders over universal health care.
"Is it good for America?" he asked of Sanders's healthcare model. "I don't think so. Is it good for New Hampshire? I don't think so."
However, it's nicely controllable by benign medication although usually not quite up to 100%.
My neighbor has Parkinsons and Bill wouldn't be hitting the campaign trail if this is what he has.

Frail. That’s how I’d describe Bill Clinton. I continue to be amazed by those whose greed and lust for power continue unabated even as their demise so quickly approaches. For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?

Demise - a person’s death. I used the word in regard to Bill Clinton and others like him (George Soros, e.g.). The demise of the Clinton political machine is an entirely different matter.
There are any number of medications that can be causing that. Some of which are used for depression.
