The essence of what Rubio said was correct. However, by repeating it several times, with the same wording, rather than extemporaneously expounding and explaining, Marco weakened the argument, and made it ridiculous.I'd love to see Christie go after Cruz. Ted would slice and dice him to where Jabba the Hutt would be turned into Jack Spratt.
