You gotta remember we are part of that coveted 1% that knows all/most things political. The rest are too invested in who will win the super bowl or the oscars. You have to hit them in the face and then run it a million times before you get through to them.

Oh, I absolutely agree with you.

Would be golden if they had and could play it in an ad from just this week. But I think it could be done pretty effectively just using the contrast of his lying in English and telling the putrid truth in Spanish about his bill back in 2013.

I mean, it’s the only real record the GOP Obama has (and btw, Cruz IIRC used that in an Iowa ad to point out Rubio’s amnesty and tax-hike positions—not his relative youth and inexperience, as Rush claimed all last week.)

” . . . I think that if Cruz doesn’t appear, it’s a conscious decision on his part. . . . “

Every time Creepy Cruz lies, his nose grows bigger.

He is trying to hold down the damage.

Its here:

Governor Haley gave the English version, Miami Representative and party-insider Mario Diaz-Barlat delivered it in Spanish. Here’s a (paragraph by paragraph) comparison as translated by the Miami Herald (emphasis mine):
♦ English (Via Haley): No one who is willing to work hard, abide by our laws, and love our traditions should ever feel unwelcome in this country.
Spanish (Via Diaz-Barlat): No one who is willing to work hard, abide by our laws, and love the United States should ever feel unwelcome in this country. It’s not who we are.
♦ English: At the same time, that does not mean we just flat out open our borders. We can’t do that. We cannot continue to allow immigrants to come here illegally. And in this age of terrorism, we must not let in refugees whose intentions cannot be determined.
Spanish: At the same time, it’s obvious that our immigration system needs to be reformed. The current system puts our national security at risk and is an obstacle for our economy.
♦ English: We must fix our broken immigration system. That means stopping illegal immigration. And it means welcoming properly vetted legal immigrants, regardless of their race or religion. Just like we have for centuries.
Spanish: It’s essential that we find a legislative solution to protect our nation, defend our borders, offer a permanent and human solution to those who live in the shadows, respect the rule of law, modernize the visa system and push the economy forward.

And how about that Obama $10 tax on a barrel of oil? Better yet, tax the Theocracies on barrels to pay for the war on terror.

So, heh.....I got the FRONT row seat in the choir loft!

Which means, well pretty much nothing. Except as I stand up there and sing....THE WHOLE CHURCH HEARS.....WHO?

ME!

The Choir director placed me there after eighty emails that we must sit where we were assigned and so I did.

The choir conductor, however, stands to my left so I turn and face her so....well so I’ll know when to come in and stuff.

“Please look at Birdie out of the corner of your eye and face the church when singing,” Todd, choir director calls out!

Go to hell.....well I turned around and sang my heart out to this church.....I loved it!

I saw everybody.....the ponytailed lover boy and his pit bull wife....the whole lot of them.

And I sang and I sang and they looked up and waved so I sang some more.

I got other pics....Todd posed with the new organ, God bless.

And, since I’m missing some humility today.....three people told me I looked beautiful.

I was going to take a selfie and post it but when I saw it, well I thought not so much.

But I sang.....yes I did.

Yes thinking Trump seems to adapt well and will do better to insure he wins.

Rubio seems the most palatable for the center right and media.

The points in article linked in your post is very good. I just thought the article I posted fit with it and it was interesting that it included quotes from Mr. Miller, who until recently, was a Senior Aide to Sen. Sessions (best in the Senate on illegal immigration, no amnesty, etc.) and now is an advisor to Trump on immigration, etc.

With Miller coming over to the Trump team and Trump and having at least one meeting earlier on (IIRC on immigration), it wouldn’t surprise me if Sessions eventually endorses Trump, though I suppose he could endorse Cruz as a fellow Senator.

Todd at the new church organ, which now needs a name. You ever heard of naming organs? Well I got one.....a perfect name. More on this later.

Yes, except breaking a cheap fishing rod isn’t the same as joining a class action suit to sue a fraudulent insurance company, after you lost your house to pay medical bills.

I think a little consumer protection is a good thing.

Having seen the evidence, I also changed my mind about benefit mandates compared to cafeteria-coverage. Most of them cost peanuts in the big picture except for mental health and chiropractic care. They are expensive, but you should be able to have them added on.

The benefit mandates help policies cross-subsidize each other within the risk pool, and added only about 1.5% to a stripped-down policy. Additionally, it got rid of so much paperwork and bureaucratic overhead generated by the no-two-alike policy writing....just one basic package.

You may say “every percent counts” but when we are talking about the 150 to 200% premium increases being forced by Obama/HitlaryCare....it’s really nothing.

People who buy my products already know that there are much cheaper brands on the market but they don’t hold up. Wouldn’t the same principle be true for insurance.?

**********************************************
I believe it would be true for insurance. People can be discerning consumers if they are allowed to be ... free market forces do work. Even when not given the choice (Obamacare), many can still do the math ..... absolute tyrany when the government tries to force you to buy something that will bankrupt your family & STILL not provide health CARE and then fines you for choosing not to financially cut your own throat.

No, they didn’t “hit it out of the park” this year with enrollment, as claimed by HHS et al. With this administration, if their lips are moving, they’re lying.
