People are not caring what the candidates actual positions are this year as long as they give it to the GOPe and media. It is the strangest election year I have ever seen.
How would President-elect Trump close up the hole in our southern radar defense, within 2 months?
How would he keep Russia or China from collapsing our economy (another threat I just heard about from an interview with Kevin Freeman yesterday)? (The thread about that is at http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3393679/posts ) As Freeman said in that interview, the concept of Mutually-Assured Destruction doesn’t work for finances any more, because in 2011 China and Russia began to work together to construct a financial system that could stand on its own even if the USA and the dollar ceased to exist. Freeman suggests that though they would be hurt in the short-term by US collapse, they know it is inevitable (apparently they figured it out when Obama made sure we always have to exist with continuing resolutions rather than a budget - which makes it a POLITICAL hot-button that no politician is willing to risk their re-election over. Two years before Cruz had a chance to try to hold Congress firm the Chinese and Russians realized that we were on track to go over the cliff quickly). They were serious about protecting their financial interests - unlike our crooked politics and media, and all those who have been distracted by the political dance. Freeman suggests that China and Russia may both have the ability to collapse our economy at will, and that they may choose to do that at a time that serves their interests rather than risking it happening at a time that hurts them.
We have very, very serious vulnerabilities. We cannot afford to take our eyes off the ball. We did in 2010 and now Russia and China are ready to destroy us financially if we don’t get our act together. And Iran and North Korea are ready, willing, and able to destroy us PHYSICALLY whenever the Islamist masters give the signal. And none of those vulnerabilities automatically go away just because somebody wins the electoral vote.
All the campaigning will be wasted if the one who is elected can’t be inaugurated, because everybody was playing politics instead of protecting this nation.
It is WAY past time for America to wake up. WE have WAY worse enemies than whoever opposes our preferred primary candidate. The campaigns are just a distraction; Obama is smirking out of his ugly mouth every time he thinks about it. This is why he doesn’t care if Hillary is the dem candidate, or whether she will be in jail when November rolls around. None of this matters, if the plan is to detonate an EMP, crash our economy, or any number of other weapons at the disposal of our enemies who have always meant business.

Or you think that the POTUS-elect can singlehandedly take over command of the US military before inauguration?
I don’t get where you’re coming from. If these things happen, NOTHING will be as it was. I don’t think you’re comprehending the danger I’m talking about.
Imagine the entire country being like NYC was on 9-11-01, and there was no electricity, no vehicles worked, no food, water, or medicine could be transported, the enemies who attacked had foot soldiers surrounding every city who may be armed with biological or chemical agents, and people all knew that only a few people would have what was needed for survival - and it would stay that way for years....
Picture Obama having control of the military and Secret Service, which could shoot down Donald Trump anytime Obama wanted it.
And then really think before you ask me what could possibly go wrong to keep Trump out of office.

Maybe it helps the late-deciders, but none of these things are “debates” IMO, but Q&A sessions totally run by the MSM/Leftist-hired, spotlight-grabbing moderators who choose which candidate may answer and whose questions often contain their own views the answers to which have little more time than a sound bite. Nevertheless, the GOP candidates meekly go to these things like sheep to the slaughter.
An actual substantive debate should have a certain number of agreed-on substantive issues that are at the heart of our country’s problems (i.e. big, unconstitutional government, the out-of-control FED, monetary stability and standard like gold, foreign policy in America’s interests, illegal immigration and invasion, free market economy including healthcare vs. socialism and socialized medicine, etc.). Each subject should be open for a reasonable length of time to allow ALL to comment on their views and also for cross talk. The moderators should only act as referees if these guys veer off the subject, come to blows, stuff like that.

Any business or legal avenues available to others, are available to Trump.
A business going under isn’t a crime.
Filing bankruptcy or restructuring isn’t a crime.
Filing for an eminent domain attempt is legal.

First, we don't need a big inauguration ceremony to swear in a President.
Second, if what you say were to happen, do you really think our military and Secret Service would take Obama's side and assassinate the President-Elect? What if they think Obama is a collaborater; would they still follow him
And third, do you think Congress would sit idly by? Are the Democrats so far gone that Pelosi, Schumer, Feinstein, and the rest would support it? Reid and Boxer are retiring; if Obama refuses to step down citing the necessity of continuity during a crisis, then what about Congress? It's okay for Obama to stay but Congressional Democrats will stiIl step down?

What do you think Congress, Trump, or anybody else could do AFTER THE FACT?
How would they feed the people? How would they give them water? How would they give them medical care? How would they stop the looting and violence? How would they even communicate with people outside of DC?
What laws could they pass to make everything go away? How could they get anybody to even know if they passed laws?
Paint a picture for me, of what the politicians could do in the face of the entire country being overtaken by Muslim orcs under such conditions.

We vill need the individual states to assert local control, not Washington.
The world would not continue business as usual if the USA were taken out. We would need a national single point of contact for the worldwide condemnation that follows. Remember, the United Nations is in New York City and would also be affected. Trump could easily take over and coordinate worldwide reaction while the states manage the local crisis. In fact, Trump might even stay in NYC to better work with the UN. Who Knows?
I just don't think the Canada, UK, France, Germany, Australia, and others would ignore what happens here and proved as if nothing happened.

How would the states provide protection, food, water, shelter, and medicine for people? Without that all you’ve got is chaos.
Obama has alienated every ally we’ve got - and they are all being overrun by Islamist orcs too; what are they doing to fight back? You think they would stop thinking about controlling their own issues - which, as you say, would be hit by a US economic collapse too, in addition to the Islamist invasion currently wreaking havoc - and send an invading force to the US to fight Obama’s military and try to bring order to the entire USA?
I have been trying to figure out the same thing-— not sure why Trump would not go after Rubio— some sort of sneaky plan, I can’t figure out yet-—

Would your family have food, water, shelter, and protection to last you several years in such a scenario?
My concern is to preserve life. If there would be a way to prevent these kinds of attacks, that would be the first thing to do, before worrying too much about whether the next POTUS is Trump, Cruz, Rubio, or whoever. The way this needs to work is for the candidates to focus on the risks and the need to protect the country. FORCE Congress to do something to prevent these attacks. As the candidates focus on the real dangers rather than on attacking each other, the voters can see who is most able to do what is needed.
What would stop it?
Iran has promised to use a nuke on the USA and Israel as soon as they were able. Thanks to Obama, they are now able. Heck, Obama called up the Iranians and asked them to “help” our sailors. One of our drones landed on an Iranian landing strip. He “accidentally” mailed a Hellfire missile to Cuba. He told DHS to delete information about known terrorists (and one of those deleted was the “Saudi person of interest” in the Bostan marathon bombing - who Michelle visited personally in the hospital before Obama deported the guy to keep the Boston Police Dept from executing justice on him... and this guy showed up 3 months later at a White House July 4th gig supposedly for our troops...)
There is WAY more that people need to know. Wishful thinking is NOT going to make Obama’s treason go away. And it’s not going to feed, shelter, and protect our families when his Islamist masters give the signal for the big attack.
