Keystone Pipeline is neither public nor private for the US. It’s a Canadian project, wanting to come through US soil. Trump has said before that it will take US eminent domain to make it possible, and that we shouldn’t let Canada pump their oil through for “free”, but US needs to get a precentage. Jeb and the others never get close to seeing it from that perspective.

As for a casino parking lot, it is infrastructure that enables a casino that will employ hundreds if not thousands.
This impacts the community, the city, the county, the state, and the federal government through taxation.
This not just about Trump. It is also about all the people who will have jobs, and the many members who will be able to use the facilities of a casino and or hotel.
That’s a public service too.
We need to return to EmDom meaning only for defense. Otherwise, you destroy the idea of private property. Reztore EmDom to defense only and property values will rise.
