Cruz - 13% (down 1%)
Rubio - 14 (down 1%)

The Iowas caucus is corrupt as Cruz & Rubio demonstrated and meaningless as President Santorum and President Huckabee can attest.
Cruz opposed ethanol because with his Elmer Gantry preacher persona, he wanted to be the most CORNY thing in Iowa.
What ground game does Kasic have? And how much campaign hard cash? Not to mention, Cruz is ahead of Kasic in the RCP average anyway. Plus Kasich is irrelevant in the SEC states and South Carolina. He is going nowhere.
Again Presidents Bush and Obama say “Hello”. Both won Iowa.
FACT: Historically, most GOP nominees had to win Iowa before winning the nomination.
The real mental disorder is Trumpism.
That was a practice session. The real game is coming.

There IS no scandal. Sarah Palin used get out the vote mailings with gunsights on the faces of people. The LIBERALS had a hissy fit, but so what? I get mailings from all sorts of organizations, and the RNC is no better than the NRA which is not better than the Cancer Society which is no better than Cruz’s campaign.
Cruz was not doing well in NH. EVER. Nor would he. He’s a CONSERVATIVE, and NH votes for the Doles and Bushes, not for conservatives.
Carson pooped in his own bed and now blames Cruz. Carson is an idiot. He needs to stop taking month long breaks in his campaign (to sell books in October) if he wants anyone to take him seriously.

Look, CRuz is in deep yogurt over the dirty trick he played in IA. It’s being reported all over. Even Greta and BOR did scathing reports on it.

I think it gets a chortle in this forum, but voters that consider Trump ain't buying a word of it. His language and demeanor portray a serious person that will do what he says he will do. Absolutely true or not... at this point with our current problems... folks are taking a flyer.
The internals of his poll are very interesting. At this point Trump clearly has the voters most committed to him. The percentage who say they will not change their minds. Cruz, Rubio, Bush, Christie, Kashich have over/under 50% that say they may change their mind. (Cruz has more committed). That means a lot of votes are riding on what happens in the debate and the feeling among people (media spin) after the debate.
It is possible any one of them could rise significantly as a clear winner or if they all do well continue to split the vote. I hope Cruz and Trump are 1-2 and the others stay even with one another. The longer we can keep the GOPe candidates in the race splitting votes the better. We do not want them coalescing around a single candidate.
Then there is also the chance Trump has a terrible debate and significant votes go from him to one or more of the others. I hate so many debates with the moderators targeting a couple of candidates to take them down.
And Cruz will lose NH by a bigger percent than Trump lost Iowa.

Kiss my butt! I didn’t get upset with her mailings, but liberals did. Get out the vote mailings are almost ALWAYS tacky. And yes, Sarah Palin and her family are pretty frequently tacky, too.
So Ted sent out a tacky mailing. EVERYONE does. Trump doesn’t need to because he just rips off his investors (or students at ‘Trump U’) and runs on that.
ALL mailings are tacky. It is not a scandal. It is normal. EVERYONE has tacky mailings. Get over it. Cruz’s were no worse than anyone else’s.
I never thought FreeRepublic would become a place where the most conservative candidate in the race would be subjected to repeated, vicious, personal attacks! I may or may not vote for Cruz in the primary, but he’s the most conservative guy running in YEARS. And FreeRepublic is a place to attack him? WTF,O?
