Hillary Clinton used misleading language in Thursday night's Democratic debate to describe the ongoing FBI investigation into her use of a private email server to conduct official government business while she was secretary of state, according to former senior FBI agents.
In the New Hampshire debate with Senator Bernie Sanders, which aired on MSNBC, Clinton told moderator Chuck Todd that nothing would come of the FBI probe, "I am 100 percent confident. This is a security review that was requested. It is being carried out."
Not true says Steve Pomerantz, who spent 28 years at the FBI, and rose from field investigative special agent to the rank of assistant director, the third highest position in the Bureau.
"They (the FBI) do not do security reviews," Pomerantz said. "What they primarily do and what they are clearly doing in this instance is a criminal investigation."
Pomerantz emphasized to Fox News, "There is no mechanism for her to be briefed and to have information about the conduct, the substance, the direction or the result of any FBI investigation."
Separately, an intelligence source familiar with the two prongs of the ongoing FBI probe, stressed to Fox that the criminal and national security elements remain "inseparable." The source, not authorized to speak on the record, characterized Clinton's statement "as a typical Clinton diversion... and what is she going to say, "I'm 95 percent sure that I am going to get away with it?"
Fox recently learned that one of the FBI's senior agents responsible for counterintelligence matters, Charles H. Kable IV, is working the Clinton case, another indicator the intelligence source said that the FBI probe is "extremely serious, and the A-team is handling."

The citizens are going to be a bit perturbed when they find out how the Clintons scarfed up two billion dollars and didn’t pay taxes.
My brother, who is in federal law enforcement, says that FBI agents working on this case have been made to sign NDAs, an unprecedented action for FBI agents, so as to stop any leaks regarding the Witch and her crimes.
I guess this is why we hear only from former agents.
#1) On the Clinton Foundation Payroll as a consultant, ie, Blumenthal, Huma, and all the gang from the 90's.
#2) Those who have found other means of getting paid big, like Morris the toe sucker, Mills, Anne Frank (Bawney's sister) and Joe Corzine.
#3) Those who are dead.
Bernie had better decide which one to join or go under the FBI witness protection program.

I’ve been 95% she won’t get away with it the minute I heard the FBI have seized her server. What amuses me is how the dems are pretending this isn’t deadly serious.

might a proffered hefty donation from the Clinton Global Initiative to BHO’s retirement party ease the scales of justice in pursuing HRC? the Clintons can always fail to actually make their donation, once she who must be obeyed is safely ensconced in the White House.
This ordeal makes it plainly clear that there is a “checkmate” situation between Hillary and 0Bamma. She has something on him while he has something on her, and if either one cracks, the entire house of cards falls flat.
The question I would like asked of Trump, Cruz, and Rubio is as follows: "Will you let the justice department prosecute her if it is warranted? Will Mark Levin be Attorny General?"
Christie recently said he would prosecute her (kind of irrelevant given Christie’s chances, but at least he addressed it).
if either obammy or his attack bobble head dummy, Lynch try to supress the fbi investigation the backlash will be unbelieveable.
