With Iowa in the rearview mirror, those New York values come out to play.

He’s not a real Republican, so this is no surprise.

Can’t be true. For the FR trumpeters tell me over and over that Trump is the greatest conservative to have ever graced the earth with his presence.

Trump helped turn the country in favor of gay marriage.

Had to stop there, I was laughing so hard.

I’d like for someone to walk him what he thinks about small business owners losing their business because they didn’t want to serve a gay wedding.

Yes, after one day of tantrums, Trump has forgotten Iowa.

People should not be surprised that Trump wants to move forward on gay agenda.

He has loads of friends in the entertainment industry and will cater to them.

It’s who Trump is.

Does the fact that Cruz met with a gay donor make him less conservative? Or is this another double standard?

***** “And look, again, we’re going to bring people together, and that’s your thing and other people have their thing. We have to bring all people together and if we don’t we’re not going to have a country anymore.”. *****

I don’t see his pointing out some people have one opinion, and that others have a differing one, and if we are to have a country, there must be some middle ground as a bad thing.

I am not for gay marriage, but the Black Robed Lizard Overlords in DC are shoving lots of stuff I disagree with onto the peons. They have for decades.

I think Trump recognises this sad fact, and rather than promising to overturn some of these things,is suggesting
common ground for the immediate future...next four years..and to try to salvage the immediate problems..looming socialism, massive debt, tanking economy.

You forget something CR yeah you did. Twisting words and meanings and full of it.

Trump - “I’m not in favor of gay marriage. I don’t feel right about marriage equality.”

I wish CR wouldn’t write garbage like this.
Trump’s remarks were pretty noncommittal.

It’s a fact that Trump isn’t very good on conservative social issues though.

CR might want to remember that candidate come and go but a professional reputation as shameless shills follows authors, and publication, forever.

What is Senator Cruz position? Is he going to have all the Gays walk around with a pink triangle on their clothing? Is he going to round them up and send them to Re-orientation camps?

No, of course Cruz is not going to do any such thing. Cruz is going to say much the same thing Trump just said.

CR going into hysterics like this just undermines their credibility. Kind of hard to find any rational point to argue against here with Trump. We are all going to have to learn to co-exist.

"Well, you can," Trump answered. " And look, again, we're going to bring people together, and that's your thing and other people have their thing. We have to bring all people together and if we don't we're not going to have a country anymore."
