Philadelphia (CBS) – Chris Stigall criticized presidential candidates Ben Carson and Donald Trump for blaming Ted Cruz after rumors were spread by his supporters in the moments before the Iowa Caucus that Carson was dropping out and returning home to Florida.
Stigall, on Talk Radio 1210 WPHT, said this entire controversy is Carson’s fault for running such a poor campaign and making mistakes that can be exploited by his opponents.
“These people are in perpetual, constant dog fights. On the mic, off the mic, on the camera, off the camera, on Twitter, they’re never off, they’re never off, they never go away. You certainly do not go away before votes have been cast in the first state in the union to vote. You don’t get on a plane and say, I’m going home for some R and R, I’ll catch you Thursday at the prayer breakfast. You are a political neophyte if you’re out there crying in your beer for Ben Carson. I’m more irritated at Carson than I am Trump, actually. Carson out there [saying] that’s a dirty trick. No, you’re a bad, bad candidate Doctor, and I respect you a lot sir. I think you’re brilliant man, a man of God. But that is a stupid, stupid campaign move at this level. And to blame it on Cruz? Please.”

It’s for face saving for Trump and his supporters. He can’t “lose.”
And it’s successful in distracting media attention from his loss.
I don’t believe Trump believes it; if he really has to, he needs help.
Cruz and his Team, Goldman Sachs, used that rumor
to CHEAT ... like a Clinton (also with Goldman Sachs).

Indeed, after the huge Trumpertrantrum on twitter about how Cruz cheated, how Trump really won, how he abused poor Ben Carson, how the Iowa caucuses needed to be nullified and a new caucus held just for Donald Trump...the Donald Trump turned around on a dime, as though he had finally got around to taking his meds, and said “I don’t care about that anymore.”!!!

So we shouldn’t blame Cruz and his stooges for lying and cheating and stealing votes from Carson? It’s all Carson’s fault!
I am NOT a Carson admirer. But the fact remains that Cruz’s guys knowingly lied to the poll officials about what Carson was doing, in order to steal votes, and that Cruz knew what was being done and presumably ordered it.
The fact that we are still talking about this 5 days after the Iowa caucus
is not a positive thing for Cruz,

Any proof how many votes were actually stolen? Anyone from Iowa come out and say they were lied to by Cruz to vote for him? Does any serious candidate leave a polling state early and announce he’s not going near the next two states......and is to be taken seriously?
