At least Trump can see when he’s taken the wrong position. Carter still thinks like a stupid hippy 40 years later.

Malleable ,,, means Flip Flop to me in this thread . Trump is very malleable recently and will bend to the slightest breeze it seems . He is the Bernie Sanders on the GOP stage ,,, saying exactly what people want to hear .

I do appreciate him bringing certain issues to the forefront but do I believe he can work with the idiots in Congress by calling them names when they buck him on something .

Let's not forget this Trump endorsement from Bernie Sanders!

"I want Trump to win the nomination. And frankly, I think we could win against him." - Bernie Sanders

Both Putin and Khamenei love him even better the the current Resident for his sly and easy going malleability ...

And hey, note that this will all be "mutual malleability" at play if Trump gets to throw his TANTRUMps in the White House!

After all, Trump, of all people -- have realized how "malleable" people are if you just toss a few greenbucks their way.

$ he will still have access to as POTUS...along w/the $billions of taxpayer $ he might be tempted to "leverage" others' malleability.

Remember, all: 'Malleability's" the word for Republicans who "stand" on conviction! (Wait a minute. There's just something that sounds "out of tune" & sits "off-kilter" 'bout a statement like that...oh, never mind...plenty of low-info Dem & independent voters...we Republicans need to be more "big-tentish" toward such voters, too)

Infighting between the two, and their respective camps is. This diversion allows people like Rubio, Bush and Kasich to stay active and viable.

Gee, and here I thought it was the 23% of republican Iowans voting for Rubio that kept him active and viable...who knew...?

In this internet world and of 24/7 media babble, endorsements from other politicians are as meaningful as a toe endorsement from Dick Morris, or marriage advise from Bill Clinton.

I live out of town and vote with an absentee ballot. Presuming it doesn’t end up in a box in a trunk of a car, is that a safer way to vote than by computers that can be tampered with?

Carter also wanted REAGAN in the 1980 Primary. He got his wish and then went on to get schlonged.

Me? Oh, I knew loooong before Jimah confirmed it ‘Trump has proven already he’s completely malleable, Carter explained. I don’t think he has any fixed (positions) he’d go the White House and fight for. On the other hand, Ted Cruz is not malleable. He has far right wing policies he’d pursue if he became president.’

Now what was your point? Maybe its that big word ‘malleable’ that is too hard to grasp. It means, trump has no core values and will GO ALONG TO GET ALONG, maybe worse than we have seen in our lifetime.

Now what was your point?

Simple, at least to most. Jimmy is using reverse psychology, meaning he knows most on the right of the political spectrum hold him in very low regard.

So, he praises the person he most fears (Trump), hoping he will damage Trump's reputation in those eyes of those who loath him (Carter).

In other words, Carter's praise is never considered a positive in any way by those on the right. That broken clock is not right twice a day. Or that blind squirrel never finds a nut.
