I just had a laugh. I’ve switched over to SyFy for “Face Off” which is where make-up artists compete each week doing different make-ups you’d see in movies and such. Tonight, they have to come up with disguises for someone going undercover and such. And the guest judge is someone who works on “The Walking Dead”.
A fun show and it’s interesting to see the different ways they do this type of make-up. Some of the young folks come up with some cool creations.
Wish I had all that stuff on hand to use for Halloween!
I like even older horror movies . . . the stuff I grew up on. Edgar Allen Poe movies starring either Ray Miland or Vincent Price, “The Mummy” with Boris Karloff, and ANY vampire movies. Vampires have always fascinated me. My screen name is the name of my favorite one.

It has been a good time today! We played and giggled and then they went to the Y and I took a nice nap to recharge. LOL!
I will be going home in the morning. Waaaaaah! I imagine that my kids are ready for some normalcy after having me here. :)
I dread the drive and the fact that I have to work day after tomorrow. Ugh!

Darn that the visit is almost over already. It sounds like y’all have had a blast this week.
At least the weather should be good for the long drive home. Sure wouldn’t have been fun driving through that system that roared across the country the past couple of days!

I don't know why we still have the same problems on these highly advanced machines as we did when we were working on 386's!
I've been in word the last 40 minutes or so writing down my wedding toast. I have one window open on the Canteen and a couple on Word, which shouldn't take much memory. Yet Word keeps going NR on me!
OY!!

Nice weather makes a long drive MUCH easier to deal with.

I feel for ya. I hate long drives. Seeing all the scenery along the way is great, but fanny fatigue hits far too soon. LOL!

What a pain!! It is so annoying trying to do stuff when you know you have plenty of memory to handle all.

Great, 4 flights of stairs to walk down in an emergency. *sigh* Nah, just toss a rope over the railing and rappel down to the skating rink! Or, is the skating rink on the 4th floor, too? In that case, I've not much to offer in the way of help...

Just readin’ stuff, and working on taxes.
I downloaded my Turbo Tax this evening. One thing led to another, and now I’m almost done. Looks like I may have enough of a refund to get a cup of coffee at Starbucks...were I the sort to do that sort of thing.
