Donald Trump implodes campaign by being a sore loser
The Washington Examiner ^ | 2/3/2016 | Philip Klein

Nobody likes a sore loser, and by adopting that role on Wednesday morning in charging that Sen. Ted Cruz "stole" Iowa, Donald Trump has effectively imploded his campaign.

Yes, I know. Pundits have been saying for months that one Trump comment or another would sink him, only to be proven wrong. But here's why this is different.

Every other time Trump said something controversial, or insulted an opponent, he was doing so from a position of strength. He looked like the alpha male toying with his pathetic oppnents. His whole brand is based on the idea that he's a "winner" - being not just a loser, but a "sore loser," is greatly damaging.

In this case, Cruz pulled off an impressive win in Iowa. Trump validated that win by giving a gracious - for him - concession speech, even congratulating Cruz. But now, he has unleashed a temper tantrum.

[If N.H. reflects on what happened in Iowa]

CARSON’S entire paid New Hampshire staff quit and joined the CRUZ camp in mid-January. This whole attack by CARSON is all about his failing campaign and sour grapes.

What deceptive tactics?
CNN reported the story first, how are trump supporters not getting that?

Trumpbots will stick with him to the end.

But Trump is severely damaged because he is no longer the alpha male.

Exit question: when people perceive you’re a loser, do the crowds still turn out for you?

Look at Jeb.

Contrast Trump’s concession speech and today. Can someone explain how that is not outside the realm of mental illness?

I think there is more to this...is TRUMP actually doing all of us a favor and EXPOSING the political process??? Exposing how these caucuses can and may be FIXED??? Are we not being honestly and properly represented. I’m looking at this through a different window, folks.

Trump is a sore loser. He lost a “very, very, big lead. Such a big lead.” I heard so many say it was not even close.

Contraversial, like his love of socialized healthcare? Or being afraid of a woman news reporter?

No, it is a brilliant and carefully constructed strategy.

None of you understand his true genius.

* Hollywood. You have never remade Citizen Kane.
Here is your chance...
Same plot.
Same ego. *

LOL! Good one.

Jerry Thompson: He made an awful lot of money.

Mr. Bernstein: Well, it’s no trick to make a lot of money... if what you want to do is make a lot of money.

“They say this every time he says anything remotely controversial on Twitter.”

And he spends more time Tweeting than the average middle-schooler.

Ridiculous.

As I said before take a look at those numbers. At some point Trump is going to need the other 60% of the party voters, but will he get them after he and his supporters repeatedly and with viscerally call them losers?

“Cruz used no dirty tactics.”

Then why did he APOLOGIZE to Carson?
