Me too. Neither is a “hold my nose and vote” candidate so I will support either with gusto. I will even hold my nose and vote for Rubio or Carson, maybe even Fiorina. If the Dem is Hillary, then I will vote for anyone who runs against her. If the Dem is Bernie, then I would chose him over Bush because, if Bush and Bernie are the best we can do, then this nation deserves to Bern.

Trump, in 2013, was functioning as a businessman in New York. As he himself has explained, he’s going to do whatever it takes to grease the wheels of the business that he’s running - because that was his JOB - to make money for his business.
Coming out and supporting some loser Republican in a Democratic state would have been a bad business move.

He’s an entertainer. Why must people listen to him and the others in radio to decide how to think? Think for yourselves!
The ownership of the open borders GopElites is massive! We are seeing that everyday in this election.
I’m bummed about the GOPe getting their hooks into Rubio, but I can somewhat understand how it happened. The GOPe is extremely powerful and, until this year, anybody with serious aspirations could be lead to believe that their support is mandatory. Just look what they’re doing to Cruz. The cult of Trump’s sleaze tactics are doing damage, but it’s the GOPe and Fox that’s really killing Cruz.
It’s the bread and butter of people like Limbaugh, O’Reilly,
and even Hannity to appear to back the projected favorites. It’s a simple way of assuring job security and ratings. Their fence walking is an art, but they have sources of information that we just don’t have.
Rubio, unless the American people break the mental habit of forming their opinions based on what these media types put out, is going to be the nominee.
I am into week 2 of no FAUX news. I stopped watching ABCCNNBCBS fake news about 15 years ago.
About ten years ago I gave up on Rush. Levin never turned me on, part of my inner core never trusting lawyers and DC pundits. About the same time I gave up on NR. Murdoch ruined WSJ like he is ruining Faux news.
My main source of news is FR. Lately, there are days of the personal attacks by the mentally unstable on both sides, that make me wonder if FR is worth my time, money and loyalty. Jim and the mods need to enforce: Please: NO profanity, NO personal attacks, NO racism or violence in posts.
Limbaugh pretends to be anti-establishment, but he’s always been nothing more than a mouthpiece for the RNC. He supports Rubio because the establishment wants Rubio as the GOP nominee. He’s been backing establishment candidates against insurgents since the 92 election, which is why I stopped paying any attention to him years ago.
You’ve got that right. But We The People are up against some pretty hefty opposition to what we want to do. Sometimes I wonder why we think our pitiful little donations to our candidate of choice really mean anything considering. That’s why Trump is so appealing to me. I don’t have to think about some big money corporation or interest’s millions countering my pittance. It’s something I’ve never seen in my lifetime in a Presidential race. Trump is Trump.
