Ed Klein: Hillary's Feeling the Bern — From FBI Director James Comey
Newsmax ^ | Ed Klein

Posted on 02/02/2016 3:25:00 PM PST by Hojczyk

Prosecutors at the Justice Department and managers in Hillarys presidential campaign tell ED KLEIN CONFIDENTIAL that the FBI has zeroed in on three people in Hillary's inner circle.

These three — Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills and Jake Sullivan — have been notified by the FBI that they should prepare to testify under oath about their involvement in the handling of classified national security secrets on Hillary's homebrew email system

Special: Dentists Fuming Over Mom's $3 Teeth Whitening Trick I'm also told by my sources that as soon as the FBI got in touch with Abedin, Mills and Sullivan, all three of them lawyered up.

These three are not just some Hillary hangers-on.

They are Hillarys

closest and most important advisers. They are the people she shares her deepest darkest secrets with.

Huma Abedin is Hillary's deputy campaign manager.

Cheryl Mills served as Hillary's chief of staff when Hillary was secretary of state.

And Jake Sullivan is Hillary's. Longtime policy adviser.

"Wonder which one is getting ready to take the fall ? I’m betting on Cheryl. She takes 100% blame..."

They will all take the 5th. Hillary will demand a release of all the classified Top Secret and PA emails. The government will refuse because of security concerns and that will be the end of that.

And all of this is still going on because CONGRESS REFUSES TO DO THEIR JOB, I would bet my last Nickel that the Secret Senate Intelligence has known about all of this since the beginning.

Congress has ALL the power in washington, the executive and judicial branch operate according to the whims of CONGRESS!

Congress can Remove the President
Congress can remove the head of every executive agency Congress can remove ALL of their employees
Congress can Abolish every agency they so choose
Congress can remove EVERY JUDGE IN AMERICA, including every supreme court justice.
Congress can abolish every federal court except the supreme Court
Congress can decide which cases the Judicial Branch can hear and decide
CONGRESS can Imprison ANYONE they want for any reason they so desire for as long as they wish.
Congress can declare WAR

No other governing body has even 10% of the power CONGRESS has!!

CONGRESS IS ALLOWING ALL OF IT!!!

Congress has the authority to arrest and imprison those found in Contempt. The power extends throughout the United States and is an inherent power (does not depend upon legislated act)

If found in Contempt the person can be arrested under a warrant of the Speaker of the House of Representatives or President of the Senate, by the respective Sergeant at Arms.

Statutory criminal contempt is an alternative to inherent contempt.

Under the inherent contempt power Congress may imprison a person for a specific period of time or an indefinite period of time, except a person imprisoned by the House of Representatives may not be imprisoned beyond adjournment of a session of Congress.

Imprisonment may be coercive or punitive.

I disagree, King Bozo has a plan. It ain’t pretty but the struggle will not be cancelled. Hill/Bill are sucking the energy out of it and she and Bhilly have to be neutralized. Pray for all of us.

Since when does the FBI have the power to take testimony under oath?

They can do it. In my experience it was actually an interview with an FBI agent but it's under oath. It happened to me in connection with foreign travel to a communist country (duly reported by me prior to travel as required)when I had a Secret clearance.

From what I understand so far, the FBI has not been given the authority to offer immunity to anyone in exchange for information. This is usually a mere formality, but not in this case. If they are unable to get someone to flip, all of the principles will simply just take the 5th.

I’m betting on Sullivan. To Hillary, men are good only for killing. Women are more...useful.

I don’t believe the FBI has authority to offer immunity of any kind. That has to come from Justice.

"I'm also told by my sources that as soon as the FBI got in touch with Abedin, Mills and Sullivan, all three of them lawyered up. "

I thought I had read -- months ago -- that Abedin and Mills had "lawyered up" back then.

But I thought that Rupert Murdoch's tweets HERE were interesting.

Maybe they can squeak Mills for the real story of the “office cleaning” following a “suicide” at Ft. Marcy Park.
