Donald J. Trump ‏@realDonaldTrump 15 minutes ago

Anybody who watched all of Ted Cruz's far too long, rambling, overly flamboyant speech last nite would say that was his Howard Dean moment!

Sounds like Trump has a case of “sour grapes” today.

You cruz people are hilarious!
Finally the media is talking about the real story yesterday.

TRUMP HAD ZERO GROUND GAME AND CAME IN SECOND!

Cruz had a huge ground game in a state he should have walked away with

and barely won.

Trump had none of his people giving speeches at his caucusing venues.

NO ONE! He got his huge numbers, and they were huge, without any

ground game. Let that sink in a little cruzers.................

The “classy” pill sure wore off quickly, didn’t it.

Disappointing.

Not quite! Howard Dean didn’t win Iowa — Cruz did.

as a fellow New York City Guy I just did not see the Donald putting in the financial resources needed to win on the ground. He got his engagement ring for free as a promotion. The man does not like to spend and I don’t blame him. He’s hoping to win it on the cheap but what is he going to do in the generals. and there is absolutely no chance Donald Trump is going to spend half a billion dollars. I wish you would just ask for donations from the average Joe. He’s not going to owe a favor for 50 bucks

and honestly if you are that wealthy even big-name donation shouldn’t really matter. The fact is that you don’t need to be bought once you are in office because you are already rich.

now Bloomberg. He will spend a billion in the blink of an eye to impose his dictatorship.

Wow. Only 3 events. Trump really needs to get it together instead of doing all of this name calling. Also, there is the debate too. That debate, I think, will be very telling for Trump and his campaign. He definitely needs to get things together because a lot of folks will be checking out Cruz and Rubio in a very serious way right now.

It’s alright, Donald. All the networks cut away from Cruz before he finished his long-winded speech.

Trump is lucky he didn’t drop to third. Let that sink in just a bit deeper.

After Trump gave a very nice, gracious concession speech last night, I thought maybe he would swallow his pride and recognize these snarky attacks that I would expect from a teenaged girl didn’t help him. I guess a leopard doesn’t change its spots.

Cruz’s speech was awful.

And creepy. Really sick of the Elmer Gantry routine. And CNN's New Hampshire focus group found it fake and pandering.

You obviously didn’t listen to his speech last night. He didn’t even have any people on the ground in iowa.

By not having any of his people on the ground he had already conceded to

cruz. His speech was awesome last night. Very conciliatory. Very presidential.

These Trump attacks against Cruz have really rubbed me the wrong way (actually all of his infantile attacks from day one have). I was initially open to him because I believed he may be the only person who would clean house of all the crony cushy beuracrats and perhaps fire fatal blows to an alphabet orginization or two. But really watching his infantile reactions to almost anything reminds me of trying to take an Iphone playing videos out of the hands of a three year old. I am not sure if playing the personal pronoun drinking game using an Obama speech versus a Trump speech would land you in the ICU with liver failure first. As much as I hate the sound of Obamas voice and cadence at least he does not refer to himself in the third person every other sentence.

Trump has lost me, and if he does not quit his little tantrums, I guarantee a Bush/Rubio. This is exactly how we get Romney/McCain/Doles

And yet Trump still lost. When will all this winning that makes us sick of winning start? His first chance to win was a failure. This is probably a warning sign that he’s mostly blather.
