They cant debate one-on-one and Cruz knows it. Hes manipulating voters again. Election rules state than anyone who participates in an unsanctioned debate disqualifies themself from any further sanctioned debate. Its funny how Trump knows this but Cruz either doesn’t or thinks the rules dont apply to him.
