She should have carried a revolver. Shoot, shovel, and shut up. Dead men tell no tales, and the world would be a better place in two ways if she had shot him to death. First, there would be one rapist less preying on the innocent, and second, there might be no evidence against her and no reason for her to have reported anything to the police.
The real “war on women” is a liberal movement to import rapists and prosecute teenage girls who defend themselves against predators.
You are very welcome...as I mentioned, we packed it in the boonies in the Yukon where bears are plentiful and very scary.
Interestingly, the helicopters we flew in carry special containers for bear spray and yellow jacket spray canisters. Copter pilots are very concerned about an accidental discharge of pepper spray while buzzing along.
