The FBI is ready to indict Hillary Clinton and if its recommendation isn't followed by the U.S. attorney general, the agency's investigators plan to blow the whistle and go public with their findings, former U.S. House Majority leader Tom DeLay tells Newsmax TV.
"I have friends that are in the FBI and they tell me they're ready to indict," DeLay said Monday on "The Steve Malzberg Show."
"They're ready to recommend an indictment and they also say that if the attorney general does not indict, they're going public."

Who else here has noticed Hillary’s “Clintonian” verbal parsing?

That is the absolute truth. The government doesn’t have a classification of “classified.” There’s confidential, secret, top secret, and so on...
Just like how Bill & Monica were never alone (there were other people in the White House,) and “it depends on what the meaning of ‘is’ is.”
However, the acceptance of classified information (even if it’s not marked with a security classification - the information itself is a dead giveaway!) onto non-secure storage is in itself, a crime. As is the transfer of that information. As is giving the order to transfer the information.
There have been a whole lot of criminal acts going on.

I don’t care if they prosecute or not - I actually think the best scenario is to recommend indictment and have the “Justice” Department do nothing.
The ( R ) candidate can then, not only carry on about the Beast, they can also go on about Democrats not caring about the law and how much more of this do the people want to put up with ... etc ..... etc.
She’ll still get 35% of the vote but the other 65% ..... not so much.
At least that is my personal opinion which is as worthless as every other opinion on here - NOBODY knows where this is going.

With a pardon you can’t be prosecuted for the crime you’ve been pardoned for so no 5th protection for self incrimination.
If Hillary would plead the 5th then she has basically admitted she has committed another crime after the pardon was granted. You can’t be pardoned for future crimes you may commit.
Bingo! The Clintons don't have the hold or power they once did, but the flip side is, not as many people care about what they do.
True. But as the article says, the FBI is making clear either the DoJ indicts or the FBI releases the information. AG has to decide whether to move against Hillary or go down with that already-sinking ship.
The Obama could pardon Hillary preemptively (as done with Nixon), but that leaves her the political equivalent of toxic waste: maybe not incarcerated, but NOBODY is going to get near her ever again. H & O would have a quiet conversation: “get out of the race and I’ll pardon you; stay in and my DoJ will indict; either way keep your mouth shut.”
