The U.S. Department of Education announced Wednesday it will publish detailed information about religious schools that receive federal permission to discriminate based on sex, gender identity and sexual orientation, despite receiving federal funds.
That information is likely to put some religious schools in the hot seat for policies that aren't flattering in today's social climate -- including colleges in or near Portland.
The decision came after a handful of senators -- including Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., and Jeff Merkley, D-Ore. -- called for greater transparency regarding Title IX exemptions.

That’s ok—it will give us a good list of colleges to donate to!:)
Portland Oregon— Satanic HQ—
Good! Then we will have a list of where to send our children for a proper education.
And send our kids to!
So ... now WE can sue THEM for discrimination against Christians ands straights !
Another politicized, social engineering US Government agency funded by debt and fake money.
As a marketing man, I can tell those religious schools: You can't pay for promotion like that.
Any tips on how to get your school on that list? Better than the NR College Guide.
Time to shut down the Dept. of Education and force the communists to find real jobs.
That’ll never happen because the whole LGBT-BS is simply about being able to use the government to punish Christian beliefs.
This is why no school should receive federal funds.
The con works thusly, we’ll (forcibly) take your tax money, but won’t give it back to you unless you do xyz.
The Department of Education has done nothing constructive in its entire history (a short one) and should be abolished immediately.
Heaven will out all LGbtq and other perverts.
In fact, a previous generation of state sovereignty-respecting justices had clarified, in broad terms, that Congress cannot appropriate taxes in the name of state power issues, essentially any issue which Congress cannot justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers, providing vote-winning funding for intrastate schools not among those enumerated powers.
Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States. - Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
So if colleges think that they are going to lose federal funding if they do not treat LGBT people as a privileged class (basically prohibited by the Constitution), then they do not understand that federal funding for intrastate schools is arguably state revenues which the corrupt feds stole from the states by means of unconstitutional taxes.
Note that the Founding States constitutionally prohibited the states from establishing privileged classes of people, LGBT people in this example, evidenced by Clause 8 of Section 9 of Article I.
Article I, Section 9, Clause 8: No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States [emphasis added]: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.
The Education Dept; another failed government entity that needs to be dissolved.
And who are the bigots in this case???
What do communists need with real jobs when their are plenty of agencies in DC(District of Communism) that would be willing to hire them for their subversive services?
Public schools ARE the definition, by design, of failure.
Great. So, can we then out homosexuals and pederasts (redundant.)?
I used to fly into there for a conference central state, but no more.
