Ownership of firearms and ammunition are a right as is voting. No poll tax to vote, there should be no tax on firearms and ammunition and in the interest of safety that should be extended to gun safes and trigger locks. I don’t believe the firearm that’s keeping you safe should be locked up.

Thanks Carl for re-posting your excellent analysis and exposition of why blindly advocating for trigger locks is neither "common sense" nor "sane". It was correct and insightful when I first read it years ago and remains so today.

Yeah. I read Air Force Times only for the promotion lists and the reassignments. That way I could keep track of my friends. The rest was garbage.

I let my subscription lapse when I retired.
