Wimps all of them. Think how submariners feel.
In the Toyota Prius, the Airbag ON light for the passenger side stays on at all times if there is a passenger in the seat. It’s annoying. Their solution? Put black electrical tape over it.....................
Strap some refugees on the wing and nose to help with guidance. Zeiss binoculars, Feit flashlight, etc.

I thought the same thing. Why not sunglasses? At least as a stop gap measure. Is that really a dumb idea?
Seems only logical.............what about the helmet visors? Are they not tinted?...............
