Has to be incredibly difficult to plan and administer capital investments. That’s for sure.

The permitting is significant, but in reality more applications have been filed than will ever be built.

Several are already permitted.

What we need is Government action to increase the price of oil to support our friends in Saudi Arabia and Iran.(sarc)
