Has to be incredibly difficult to plan and administer capital investments. That’s for sure.
The permitting is significant, but in reality more applications have been filed than will ever be built.
Several are already permitted.
The Permian Basin is the only place I’ve ever been where I could actually smell oil
What we need is Government action to increase the price of oil to support our friends in Saudi Arabia and Iran.(sarc)
Thank God some people actually understand economics.
