One is "rich" people - that have enough money they basically don't want for anything (within reason, and sometimes well outside reason).
The other is people who are satisfied with having others take care of them at whatever level they can get away with. They basically lack ambition to better their lot in life and just go along. I've seen people make a career out of welfare. I've seen people work useless little jobs and live with their parents into their 40s (and counting).
Well then she’ll have no problem writing that big check to the IRS.

Bullcrap. In the city I was in she showed up in a high end business jet that was only bringing her, to be whisked across town, to give a speech about some cause.
