Money laundering is quite the charge. Have any proof? Of course not.

"I don't think Ted Cruz has a great chance, to be honest with you,"

Republicans would never (rather, should never) look to the DNC or the NYT for political advice, so why on God's Earth should anyone give credence to Trump's "advice" for Cruz? Only an idiot, that's who.

And this is precisely the sort of "advice" an opponent gives when that opponent is afraid of you. Trump is demonstrating by his own actions that he's afraid of Cruz.

Agree.

Too many are losing sight of the bigger race to come next summer and fall. The ones who can't handle the pressure and attacks now are certainly not going to do better then.

In 2012, the media kept causing distractions with new 'shiny objects' regarding the various GOP candidates. It worked to divert attention away from the horrible Obama presidency-to-date.

It is better for all GOP candidate weaknesses and skeletons to be revealed now than in a mid October surprise.

“Just like Trump. “

Trump can’t hold a candle to the manipulation GS has maintained for decades.

I look at his likability issue the same as what happened with Sarah Palin. She was a legit conservative, but was frozen as an idiot that could see Russia from her house. Ted has the same sort of issue with being perceived as nasty and therefore unlikable.

It’s a gut reaction thing. People like Trump because their gut tells them he’s a likable guy. They do not like Cruz. This is anecdotal research by me in talking with people.

They also like Rubio.

Trump is apparently a teenage girl trapped in an old guys body. Really. How can anyone support or be proud of this behavior?
Please explain, Trump supporters.

“They do not like Cruz. This is anecdotal research by me in talking with people.”

Again, that is interesting to me. Not to pick but I will mention again that this is the first I’ve heard this. None of this was mentioned until trump came out and said how disliked Cruz is. Trump said it therefore it is gospel? You have evidently done research on the matter so I must defer to you as I have not actually formed a hypothesis nor even heard anyone say, I hate Cruz because he is just not well liked.

Again, more of an interesting observation on the power of Trumps words to some groups of people.

Not sure I’m spelling this correctly, but Trump has a ‘cassis belli’ to call Cruz nasty.

[Latin for ‘reason to fight’.]

“Occupy Wall Street, is that you? Banks are eeeeeevil, mkay?”

Banking has visited more bondage and corruption on US citizens and worldwide than almost any source - owning politicians to bail them out.

Clearly you have never taken time to get facts. Your choice.

Just look at the rallies. Who has bigger rallies Cruz or Trump?

It is said that less than 1% of political supporters actually come to a campaign event.

So if Trump is getting thousands at his rallies and Cruz has around one to two hundred. It’s not even a remotely close race.

It’s more a function of Trump’s ability to say something that immediately makes one go “that is exactly what I was thinking”. And this may not have been evident until he said it.

That face!
Low Energy.
I’m not so sure she will make it to the starting line.
etc.

Cruz has turned into a me too candidate and the failure to properly disclose loans from Goldman and Citibank is a legitimate problem. As Trump pointed out he had a 100 plus page filing and he didn’t make any “mistakes”. I find it hard to believe Ted and Heidi don’t use an accountant for their filings.
