A Baltimore Sun columnist wrote in a Thursday op-ed that citizens who legally own firearms are more frightening than the criminals who use the weapons on the rough streets of her hometown.
Tricia Bishop, deputy editorial page editor for the Baltimore paper, explained how billboards advertisements for guns and everyday Americans carrying them around made her sick.
"I'm less afraid of the criminals wielding guns in Baltimore... than I am by those permitted gun owners," Bishop said.
She says this because she believes as a middle-class white woman, she's shielded from her city's criminal element but, in her opinion, she's not protected from her neighbors' legally-purchased weapons.
"I have the luxury of being white and middle class in a largely segregated city that reserves most of its shootings for poor, black neighborhoods overtaken by 'the game,'" she wrote. "But I don't know where the legal gun owners are or how to ensure that their children, no matter how well versed in respecting firearms, won't one day introduce that weapon to my daughter."

Someone in the comment section (on he Baltimore Sun site) posted this women’s arrest record to prove what a hypocrite she is. It’s gold.
It sounds like this liberal white woman is admitting that she fears blacks and locks her car doors in black neighborhoods - so she thinks she is relatively safe for them.
But white people are only scary if they are armed. And you can’t tell if they are armed or not, so they are all scary, except for certified unarmed liberals.
Maybe in this case she was drunk while writing.

It’s not about gun control-it’s about punishing non-PC gun owners. Every gun control measure targets legitimate, gun owners. It’s the same reason the left wages war on Christians. Conformity of political thought is the common theme. Obama can shed tears when talking about attacking lawful gun owners, but can’t muster even false sympathy for the Paris, San Bernardino, Memphis or Ft. Hood massacres.

Liberals are far more a threat to civilization that any muslim ever thought of being. They are the enemy within. and as long as we elect them or their GOP sycophants, we change nothing about this situation.
