First of all that's why we do applications, multiple interviews, reference checks, criminal background checks, drug screens, probationary periods to try not to hire the ones with baggage...Muslim or not...
All very costly...
It's also illegal to ask a applicant a question about their religion, sexually orientation, etc so it's pretty hard to screen out the ones with potential sudden jihad syndrome unless they say things that would give you pause...and guess what you don't hire them ...shocking I know...
