I have a friend who works in Washington and he told me Obama has an intense dislike for the Clintons and is just waiting for the right time to let the hammer fall. I HOPE that is true, because my God, to see her do the perp walk would make my life complete.
If she had a secure room somewhere outside Foggy Bottom, then she could have had a secure and classified computer terminal (2 different thing). In either case she deliberately avoided both.
Having worked inside the Intel community rules, they’ve got to be cringing that a senior government official deliberately skated the rules (and the law) and will set a precedence for future prosecutions. If she isn’t prosecuted the the full extent of the law, then the AG and by virtue of his position as POTUS, both should be impeached
he may claim he was "under orders", and failure to comply threatened his continued livelihood.
If by "continued livelihood", you mean "continued capacity to breathe", it is undoubtedly true that he would have been terminated.
Too bad we don’t have the rule of law anymore for the elite. If they put Hillary behind bars, it would begin to restore my faith in our Republic. Suddenly all the corrupt stinks would know they could be next... They would probably all start turning on each other, too.

I’m not a lawyer either but I have figured out that in some situations intent is all that matters but in others results are all that matters. I have never been able to figure that out.
