Trump is giving Cruz legal advice? I’m sure he wouldn’t appreciate it if Cruz gave him business advice. Just saying.

Federal courts cannot issue opinions when there is no case filed. Advisory opinions in federal court are prohibited.

If there was any questions on anyone's birther, it should be cleared up immediately...

Did you know that Trump had Alzheimer's for six years? Fred Trump. Donald's father.

Look, that doesn't mean that Donald has it. I'm not saying that Trump has Alzheimer's.

But some people have suggested it. So it's something Trump is going to have to deal with.

If he really wanted to clear the air he would have released all of his medical records by now. Is he hiding something?

He's a nice guy. I want to help him. But he's terrible. And he probably has Alzheimer's.

Federal courts are prohibited from making advisory opinions. Cruz can’t sue himself, so there is no case.

Trump always wants to sue people. Why is that? He supposedly sued some guy back in 2006 for miscalculating his net worth. He dropped the suit, but I swear he is the king of frivolous lawsuits.

Mmmm... it’s not an advisory opinion.

Hey Trump has a new ad for you.

No Cruz donor is going to sue Ted Cruz, they believe him or they wouldn’t have donated, and this has been a kook issue for years, but only gains any media traction when Trump starts to say it, contradicting his earlier statements about Cruz for political reasons.

Slim chance except that he’s winning Iowa, California, Utah, and 2nd in most places.

Don’t care the opinion of some political operative for Carson.

He won’t do that because Donald Trump would lose in court, and then lose campaign support for losing this case..

Yeah ok sure. Cruz is going to win it all. He’s going to walk away with the nomination. He’s going all the way. Nothing is going to stop him.

Frankly, I think The Donald was and is tweaking the media and tweaking them good. His statement here indicates to me that he knew all along Ted Cruz was legit. If anything, I think Trump has helped Cruz by putting him in the forefront with free media attention. Trump has to know that the media doesn't like him and Cruz, and that Cruz can handle the media sharks. What better way than to help the guy who could be your next VP. Ingenious!

Trump/Cruz 2016 or Cruz/Trump 2016

Yeah I could say the same..Trump is going to run away with the nomination it’s going to be YUUUGE.

I don’t believe this.

Frankly no one knows anything beyond the polls other than that it’s just personal opinion, wishful thinking, and conjecture.

Another possibility is that the Democrats will use this to knock Trump for talking about it, saying something like “there goes Trump, off the rails again”, etc..

The question is not will they sue, the question is do they have standing to sue?
