So far her biggest achievement is not being in Prison despite years of fraud, greed, and violations of various laws not to mention the trail of dead bodies from Libya to Arkansas.
I think she is off her rocker.. possibly alcoholic, desperate for one last shot at her life long ambition - ultimate power.
