The watchdog says Clinton has displayed similarly corrupt behavior on the campaign trail.
The group has asked the IRS to investigate whether Clinton violated State Department rules when her family foundation made payments of nearly $350,000 to her failed 2008 campaign to rent Clinton's email list after she failed to secure the Democratic nomination. At the time of the transactions, Clinton's State Department position prohibited her from doing certain types of fundraising on behalf of the campaign.
FACT is also requesting the Federal Elections Commission investigate the current Clinton campaign after it received an email list of 4 million potential supporters from a pro-Hillary super PAC. The list, according to FACT, constitutes an in-kind donation, which federal election laws prohibit candidates from accepting directly from PACs.
Clinton's political corruption could also ensnare top Senate Democrats if FACT is successful in getting the Senate Select Committee to launch an additional investigation into whether Clinton campaign aides conducted political business in official Senate offices where campaign activities are prohibited.

It wasn’t just a coincidence following these last 2 terrorist attacks in Paris and CA, the news media was falling all over themselves praising Hillary for having the insight for her comments made before the attacks on the need to look into confiscation of guns.
There's an alibi HRC already has down pat if someone in public life had the guts to link her to the Foster murder: "I was out of the country for a couple of weeks before the incident, and only got back to Arkansas hours after it occurred. Poor Vince! If we could only understand what caused him to take his own life."
The old "suicide-in-the-park" mantra is not consistent with all the credible circumstantial, physical, and forensic evidence in the case.
And when one comes to the determination that Vince Foster's death was a homicide, neither does HRC's "travel abroad" alibi necessarily stand up. It doesn't rule out the possibility that the date had been set weeks earlier, so that she knew exactly when to come home and to schedule her travel accordingly. She had access to adequate henchmen and women in and around Washington who could devise a homicide plot and carry it out in her absence.
"Chappaquiddicking"? That's an interesting term. True, you might say that exposure of the facts of Chappaquiddick cost Ted Kennedy a chance at the Democratic presidential nomination. But he only got a wrist slap from the criminal justice system. HRC, as Yaelle noted, has gotten a complete free pass on the Foster matter, despite the fact her role in Foster's death may have been even more egregious than Teddy's role in the death of Mary Jo. The distinguishing factor is that Mary Jo's death was NOT premeditated.
Agreed that the relative presence or absence of guns in the civilian population is an important consideration in evil minds of terrorists when they decide which location to hit. To that extent, the gun control fanatics like HRC are playing into the terrorists' hands, whether deliberately or unwittingly.

The White House campus has possibly the most extensive security of any piece of real estate in the world. So the chances all of the White house security cameras being down on the day of Vince Foster's death are as remote as the chances that the 9/11/12 Benghazi attack on the American facility was precipitated by an Internet video.
But the government claim that the White House security cameras were down is an important clue in and of itself. That's because IF Foster drove himself in his own car from the White House campus to Fort Marcy Park to commit suicide there, which is the official government story, the government would have gladly released the video security camera footage of the Foster Honda leaving the premises shortly after noon on the fatal day. And it may have also released security footage of Foster's car entering the premises earlier in the morning. That's because we know from reliable eyewitness statements that he was indeed on the White House premises on foot early that morning and was last seen there on foot shortly after noon. The absence of visual (or any other) evidence of Foster's vehicle ever being anywhere on the White House campus that morning while he himself was there pretty much debunks the "he-drove-himself-to-the-park-and-committed-suicide-there" theory because he seemingly had no access to the car that he allegedly drove to do that! There is no documentation that the Foster Honda ever arrived at the White House that particular day, in contrast to just about every workday since he arrived in Washington.

That photo alone is inconsistent in several ways with the official government "suicide in the park" conclusions:
If Foster shot himself in the mouth with that gun, the recoil of the gun would cause the gun to be found at a distance from the body, NOT right along side his leg.
If Foster shot himself in the mouth with that gun, the barrel of the gun would have noticeable blood on it, whereas in fact it did not.
The gun seen in the photo was manufactured way back in the WWI era (which makes one question whether or not it was even functional) and there was no evidence that either Foster nor any friend or relative of his ever owned it.
The only rational conclusion one can draw is that the scene in the photo was staged after Foster's death, and staged poorly at that, in an awkward attempt to simulate a "suicide." The gun in the photo was merely a "drop gun."
VF was NOT left-handed, but that hardly matters. The lack of grass or soil stains on his shoes tells us that, contrary to the official government conclusions, he could not have walked from his car in the parking lot to the location where the body was discovered.
I remember my utter shock on being confronted with the Foster suicide photo....

A good move for an investment firm linked to the US secretary of state. Not to mention the ethical murk of having two charities co-own an investment fund in a developing nation. The Charity Navigator, a nonpartisan organization that provides information on charities, placed the Clinton Foundation on its Watchlist, due to its "atypical business model."
Is the Clinton Foundation a fraud? They acknowledge over $2 BILLION dollars income......but IMHO that's just the tip of the iceberg.
Maybe that's why the Clintons have such a hard time remembering to accurately file their TAXES, because they have a lot to hide.

Contrary to what the MSM would have everyone believe, political contributions from "Wall Street" and the financial industry have been overwhelmingly DEMOCRAT for every election in the last two decades. In fact, the idea that Republicans are the party of "big business" hasn't been the case since the Clinton years, and maybe even before that. The underlying general reason may be is that big government regulation of industry helps the fat cats at the expense of smaller competitors.
